Night Out veteran Praserth Saesow of downtown Harrisonburg's gourmet Vietnamese restaurant BEYOND brings a worldwide fusion menu to our tables this September.

Salad:

//Southwestern salad with lime cilantro dressing, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.

Soup:

//Butternut squash.

//Leek and potatoes.

Entrées:

//Beef Bourguignon: beef stew with carrot, potato, pearl onion, and red wine.

//Roasted chicken thighs with a miso brown sugar glaze and grilled vegetable tabbouleh.

//Thai red curry with tofu (spicy), with grilled vegetable tabbouleh.

Dessert:

//Apple crisp with vanilla ice cream.
