EVENT DETAILS
Our Fall 2018 event in Bismarck was so popular we had to move to a bigger location!!! We have LOTS of space to make this event bigger & better!!! This event is run by Stand Out Events, which also operates Later Gator Sales. We are partnering with JunKin CuZins out of Jamestown for this event. We will have everything indoors this time! All spots will be on concrete flooring and have access to wi-fi & electric!

We are looking for this to be an event with items for sale that are a mix of jewelry, furniture, repurposed and unique items.

SPACE INFORMATION
ALL SPACES are first come, first served & are reserved when both the application & the payment have been received by Stand Out Events/Later Gator Sales. All payments are final & non-refundable/non-transferable. No early set-up or tear downs. Please note: There WILL NOT be any pipe/drape behind or between booth spaces. There will be a covered loading bay that you may pull vehicles/trailers in to unload. There are flatbed carts available for your use, however you are also encouraged to bring your own if you have one. Once your vehicle is unloaded, you will need to move it to the designated parking area prior to setting up your space.
INCLUDED IN YOUR SPACE: One 8 foot table, 2 chairs, and one secure wi-fi password (good for the day on ONE device).

Additional 8 foot table: $10/table (1 included at no additional cost)
Electric Spot: $10 (you provide extension cords)
Additional wi-fi password: $5 (1 included at no additional cost)

*Our 30x10, 20x20, and 20x30 spaces will allow you to leave your trailer (without your vehicle) in your space during the event for an ADDITIONAL $75 trailer fee. Trailer spaces are limited and trailers must be in place with vehicles off the exhibit hall floor by 7:45 AM. If you plan to have your trailer in your exhibit space, be sure you purchase a space/spaces large enough to accommodate your size trailer!

APPLICATION PROCESS
Complete this form & submit. Once received & reviewed, we will send you a PayPal invoice. (Please note: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice you will receive). Your invoice will come from PayPal. We attempt to invoice vendors within 48 hours of when we receive your online application.

PAYMENT
Your completed online application AND payment confirms your vendor spot at our event. We use PayPal for our invoices. Your invoice will come directly from PayPal.

PLEASE ADD latergatorsales@gmail.com to your "safe" email list & watch your email, including your junk mail folder!! We have found that PayPal invoices & our emails sometimes end up in junk folders. In the event we determine your business does not qualify for our event, you will receive an email from Later Gator Sales. Details for the event will be emailed to all vendors two weeks prior to the event.

ADVERTISING
Stand Out Events will be actively advertising in a 100 mile radius of Bismarck, including newspaper, posters, state
publications and electronic media. If you have any places/ideas that we can inquire about in regards to advertising, please indicate those on the form below. We are always looking for different ways or places to advertise.

THE FINE PRINT/OTHER DETAILS/STUFF YOU SHOULD KNOW
*Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
*Each business/vendor assumes all liability for the activities/items in their booth. Each business/vendor is responsible for insuring their booth & personal property if desired. Stand Out Events/JunKin CuZins/Bismarck Event Center will not: be held liable for any theft or damage to vendor property; assume liablity nor extend liability coverage for vendors &/or their property; assume responsibility for accidents inside the exhibit hall or on Event Center property.
*All vendors must provide their own tools, fans, extra lighting for delicate displays, and extension cords (if applicable).
*All vendors must adhere to the Bismarck Event Center vendor guidelines, found on their website:

*Vendors must adhere to all legal regulations. Sales of alcohol, guns, knives, ammunition, animals, fireworks, or pornography is strictly prohibited!
*No vendor may sell food or drinks without prior approval from Stand Out Events.
*Stand Out Events/Junkin Cuzins/Bismarck Event Center staff will not be available to assist you with loading/unloading your items.
*We reserve the right to decline booth space to any vendor at any time or to ask any vendor to remove merchandise that we deem inappropriate for sale or display. For safety, no pets allowed in or around vendor booths.
*No late set-ups or early tear downs - all vendors must stay for the full duration of the event. We are unable to accommodate early set-ups.
*We are unable to allow early drop offs for trailers/equipment, including the day before the event. Vehicles/trailers left at the event location are subject to towing by the Event Venue.

If a Clause of this Agreement is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other Clauses of this Agreement will continue in effect.
