Braille From Beyond the Walls (BFBW) supports victims' rights. Programming developed between BFBW and the facilities are not shared without the facility's prior consent.
What we do ...
A BFBW team will come and evaluate the skill set of the program. Programs needing development will be offered suggested direction for improvement and guidance. Advanced programs will be encouraged to create presentations via live video conferencing, or via recording, for national braille conferences. BFBW will offer training throughout the process, including selecting advanced subject matter, how to create powerful presentations, creating handouts and developing presentation skills.
