Tantallon Community Yard Sale & Poker Run Sign Up Sheet - October 11, 2025
Neighbors should RSVP by Saturday, September 29th, 6:00PM to ensure their address is displayed on the map. If you plan to sell from the Potomac Landing Community Center location the spaces are available first come first serve. Set Up is promptly at 7:30AM Saturday,  October 11th -– Rain or Shine.
  • Yard Sale set up time is 7:30am.
  • Maps will be located at the sign up table located at the entrance of Potomac Landing. Look for the GOLD balloons and they will also be located at individual participating homes.
  • Time is 9 -1pm with drawing at approximately 12pm-ish. Buyers, You don't have to stay to win!
  • Each customer gets 1 playing card per household
  • This event is Rain or Shine
There are 2 prizes: 1st and 2nd place winners. 
  • The Prizes are: 1 Free golf class
  • A dinner for 2 at NGC Bar and Grill 
We will announce the sale on Social Media platforms such as: FB, Nextdoor, Yardsale and perhaps Craigslist. The Search engine is, GarageSalefinder.com etc.
