Applications are not confirmed until payment is received. If your group is not accepted to participate in the parade, the application fee will be returned to you. Payments can be made via PayPal at paypal.me/ithacafestival or by check to: Ithaca Festival, PO Box 6713, Ithaca, NY 14850. Please indicate the name of your group on your payment.
Registration fees will be refunded to groups that provide volunteers (one for each 20 participants from non-profits, a minimum of two from business groups) to help with setting up before or cleaning up after the parade, or during other parts of Ithaca Festival. Generally, each volunteer works 2-3 hours. If you plan on providing volunteers, please provide the name and email address of the volunteer coordinator if different from the group leader:
