Namma Ooota @ CARBON | Expression Of Interest - Participant

Join us at Namma Ooota - a food festival where we embark on a journey through the fascinating world of carbon, the fundamental element of life and the very essence of gastronomy. Designed to complement and enrich Science Bengaluru’s current exhibition-season CARBON the festival will showcase the versatility of carbon through the lens of culinary arts and the lifecycle of carbon - from soil to soil.

Food systems around the world generate more waste than most industries combined, demanding a shift in how we think of the design of these systems from source to consumption and decomposition. disrupting design thinking from source to end is the only way we can create large-scale impact. The festival aims to facilitate conversations and collaborations between all the stakeholders of the ecosystem. We invite you to join us in collectively reimagining the future of food systems at Namma Oota.

If you are a brand, organisation, or individual entrepreneur who would like to set up a stall at the first food festival hosted by Science Gallery Bengaluru, sign up below!
