I understand that in order to reserve my spot, registration and entry fee must be paid by 11:59 PM on May 1, 2024. Failure to pay by 11:59 PM on May 1st, will release my reservation. I understand that after May 1st NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. I understand that If I do not attend or cannot make a session there will be NO REFUND for that session. I affirm and certify that all the information and answers to questions herein are complete, true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of any facts called for in the application may render this application void, whenever discovered. By accepting, myself and my skater agree to the release of liability: By entering the Steel Ice Center and participating with Armstrong Hockey Skills (AHS), the Participant and/or guardian acknowledges, and agrees that ice skating & hockey is an inherently dangerous and physically demanding activity. Participant(s) assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk and hereby waive any and all claims including, but not limited to, bodily injury, including death, and property damage they may have against AHS and the Steel Ice Center, all sponsors of the ice rink establishment including any all subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers (the “Indemnities”) arising out of Participant's use of the ice skating rink and all surrounding areas. Participants hereby INDEMNIFY, RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS to the fullest extent permitted by law the Indemnities from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or expense that the Participants or their respective heirs, assigns and legal representatives may suffer.
