WES PTO - Parent Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in being an active part of our school community! 

How you can help:
  1. Donating your TIME at PTO Events - help set up, supervise, clean up at any of our PTO sponsored events. You MUST have updated clearances on file with the district to volunteer. Directions for obtaining & submitting clearances can be found on the EPSD website. We will reach out by email with specifics and a sign-up for each event when the time comes.
  2. Donating ITEMS for PTO supported activities - for fundraisers and items for events such as conference kindness, teacher appreciation week, book exchange donations, or others.
We will reach out with more specific information based on your responses once the school year is underway. If you have questions, please feel free to email our PTO President at president@wescosvillepto.org or PTO Communications at communications@wescosvillepto.org.
