Thank you for your interest in vending at GET OFF THE GRID FEST! We'll be at Goose Pond Colony Resort in Scottsboro, AL from August 23-24, 2025. The DEADLINE for vendor registration and payment is Aug 1, 2025.
To apply to vend or have a booth, please fill out this form. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a payment link to secure your spot. The vendor fee includes onsite camping and is waived for solar companies that bring equipment to help power the festival.
We appreciate you supporting us in striving for a ZERO WASTE event by providing compostable handouts and/or packaging for any merchandise being sold. Giveaways are discouraged.
Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space. Vendors are required to bring their own supplies including a 10x10 popup, 6-ft table, and two chairs. If other accommodations are needed or if you have questions about vending, email

Vendor Fees:
$175 (regular rate)- Provides tickets and onsite tent/car camping for two people to staff your booth throughout the Festival ($400 value).
$75 (nonprofit rate)
- Provides tickets and onsite tent/car camping for two people to staff your booth throughout the Festival (proof of 501c3 status required).
