1.Health and Safety Standards: The Host agree to comply with health and safety standards in food preparation, handling, and serving.
2. Booking will be confirmed upon receiving payment and confirmation email from ISD Committee and ISD Committee hold rights to make changes at any time.
3. Venue & Sitting agreement: Iftar and Dinner to be served on the floor (ISD will provide Floor Mats) inside the Community Hall only.
4. Serving Plates, forks and Cutleries to be provided by the Iftaar & Dinner Host (for 400 people)**.
5. Booking fees for the Community Hall and Mosque Kitchen will be waived during the entire month of Ramadan, only when there will be a Ramadan Iftaar and Dinner organised.
6. $350 to be paid to ISD for cleaning fees in advance Masjid's Kitchen, Community Hall and Rubbish drop to Shoal Bay). Upon receiving payment, the Ramadan booking will be confirmed.
6(a). Cleaning: A cleaning fees of $350 is mandatory and self-cleaning will not be accepted. (Cleaning fee includes cleaning of the ISD community hall, kitchen, cooking pots and disposal of rubbish).
7. Cater: Individuals/groups can cook themselves or find caterers for cooking. (ISD will not find caterers).
8. Respect for Religious Practices: Pay respect for religious practices and the sanctity of the mosque environment. Please avoid any activities that may disrupt prayer services or other religious observances.
9. Volunteer Coordination: ISD management will coordinate with Host who wishes to provide Iftar and Dinner.
