Students may request evaluations and recommendation letters.  All evaluations are approved by the faculty annually in January.  

Evaluations include a copy of the student's transcript (to be requested separately), a summary of their progress to date, and a statement on the student's formational process.  

Middler Evaluations include additional information related to student learning outcome achievement and their field education context. 

Recommendation letters indicate whether or not the faculty endorses the student's candidacy and/or ordination applications.  

Students are encouraged to be in dialogue with their faculty advisors about this process before submitting an application.
