The undersigned )on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the “OKLAHOMA STEAM AND GAS ENGINE SHOW,” sponsored by the Oklahoma Steam Threshers and Gas Engine Association, Inc. and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, releases and discharges Oklahoma Steam Threshers and Gas Engine Association, Inc., their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims and demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever resulting from, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the “OKLAHOMA STEAM AND GAS ENGINE SHOW.”

This release extends to any and all claims against the released parties whether such claims result from negligence (except willful neglect) on the part of any or all of the released parties with respect to the “OKLAHOMA STEAM AND GAS ENGINE SHOW,” is conducted or from any other cause.

I am experienced in and familiar with the operation of my equipment, steam and gas engines in general. I full understand the risk and dangers inherent in their use. I am voluntarily participating in the “OKLAHOMA STEAM AND GAS ENGINE SHOW,” and I expressly agree to assume the enter risk of any accidents or personal injury, including death which may arise as a result of my participation.

By signing the release, I certify that I have read this release and fully understand it and I am not relying on any statements or representations of anyone thereby.
