Livable Roads for Rural Saanich (LRRS) Traffic Incident Form
This form can be used to report traffic incidents in rural Saanich that you have observed or been involved in. This information is being collected by LRRS to use in reports to support our work. This form is not meant to replace formal means of reporting to Saanich Police, or other official bodies. The intent is to capture incidents that may or not be recorded by Saanich to create a more accurate picture of the lived experience on these roads. The information that you enter on this form is held by LRRS and stored on Google. You may be contacted regarding your response (for instance, if you include a plate number and that same plate number has been reported multiple times). Your participation in this form is voluntary. A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address that you provided for your records.
