"American Days Expo" Application Form for Exhibitors
Please email your company’s high-resolution logo and a brief company description to munkhjargal@amcham.mn.

The application deadline is Wednesday, September 6, 2017 (please note that your company name and logo will not be included in marketing materials if you miss the application deadline and the requested information is not submitted).

If your company is the official distributor of an American product or service, you are eligible to participate. Once your completed application is received, we will review and, if approved, an acceptance email and invoice will be sent to the email address provide on this form. Payments must be received within 3 business days. Your booth will be assigned upon receipt of payment.

There will be opportunities for your company to participate in the event program on the main stage. You will have access to the stage and multimedia equipment. Does your company want to participate in the event program?
Would you like to showcase your company's large equipment and/or machinery in the designated outdoor display area for an additional fee (30,000 MNT per m2 for 2 days)?

Please choose your booth option. Please note that AmCham members are entitled to one premier booth for free; Early Bird rates expire on August 25, 2017; and returning exhibitors receive a 10% discount on booth fees.
EVENT RULES:
You may only use the booth area allotted to you. Aisles must be kept clear. Please note that your booth must be set-up and ready for visitors by September 16th at 9:00AM, at least 1 hour prior to the start of the expo. You may also not break down your booth until the Expo is complete (September 17th 7:00PM).
