The CSU Center to Close the Opportunity Gap is excited to host its second annual conference for TK-12
educators, school professionals, and administrators at CSU Long Beach on Friday, July 29th, 2022. The Educators Summit is free of charge and will provide the opportunity for educators to come together, listen to national keynote speaker and 2022 California Teacher of the Year, and engage with fellow practitioners during breakout sessions on specific topics of interest.
Currently we are seeking K-12 teacher leaders and other school professionals, who would like to present and facilitate two 45-minute session(s) during the Educators Summit. The honorarium for each presenter is $250. These breakout sessions will bring practitioners together to connect and engage with one another on current issues they care most about especially regarding this year’s theme: Relief, Recovery & Rebuilding.
Please submit one proposal form per team. The deadline to submit your proposal is Thursday, June 24th.
Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to reading your proposal submissions.
