Breathe in rhythm, release, and come home to yourself. This 60-minute guided journey invites you into a gentle, continuous flow of breath that quiets the mind, softens tension, and opens space for healing from within. Through this practice, you’ll access the body’s innate wisdom, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with clarity and calm.
Each session closes in gratitude; honoring the breath, the body, and what was released. Please bring a blanket, water, and an open mind. A journal is welcome for reflections that may arise after your practice.
