Our project teams consist of volunteers within the association who are interested in furthering our mission to be the go to alumni resource for all Rutgers SMLR Alumni. The current teams we have are:
1. Alumni Recognition - Creates opportunities for recognition of achievements made by alumni of SMLR.
2. Communication - Create and maintain our brand through various social media platforms. Assists in event communication and promotion.
3. Engagement - Retention of alumni. Follow up with alumni after events for feedback. Engages with new volunteers from the general interest form.
4. Event Planning - Plans, promotes, and assists in a variety of capacities for SMLRAA Events.
