Good day!

This appointment form is open to all St. Bridget School parents and students of S.Y. 2022-2023.

This form will only be accessible from Mondays to Fridays 7:00am-4:00pm to ensure that we can respond promptly to your requests.

Kindly read the guidelines below:

1. The sessions will be from Monday to Friday, 8:00-11:00 AM and 1:30-3:30 PM.  

2. Please schedule your appointment at least 2 working days before the chosen date and time.

3. All sessions will be coursed through Google Meet.

4. Wait for an email confirmation from your counselors for your session.

Rest assured that all information given will be kept strictly confidential as per the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The counselors will also adhere to the ethical standards set by the RA 9258 (Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004) and the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association. All correspondences and sessions will be held with utmost confidentiality.
