Use this form to submit or edit the names of individuals you would like to have chanted during Sunday morning chanting service during the "Dedication of Merit" portion. The Merit List is updated every Friday evening for chanting the following Sunday morning.

Names added to both the "ill or in difficulty" and "transition of death" sections will be removed 49 days after submission - if you would like their name to be chanted after 49 days has passed, please resubmit their name.
