What happens after we register?
You will be emailed a reminder each week before class with the class location.
What do I need to bring to class?
You will need to bring your own Yoga mat, water bottle, and any other support equipment you may use

Mondays: 5pm-6:15pm with Chaitravi
Tuesdays: 5pm-6:30pm with Ananya
Wednesdays: 5pm-6 pm with Rushali
Thursdays: 5pm-6:30pm with Padmini
