PROJECT & TRAFFIC MANAGER
Reality Games is a product company divided into two sectors: Mobile Gaming and Big Data. We are one of the first movers on the market - creating a new genre of mobile games – games based on Big Data as content. We have launched our prototype that managed to get global traction of 10 mln players, and helped us to build a team of 50 people.We have 3 projects in advanced development (alpha & beta). We have bought out our investors last year, and we keep growing on organically generated revenue. We are based in UK, but our R&D is located in the amazing Krakow Technology Park in Poland. We are now looking to complete our founding team, by bringing in an experienced PROJECT&TRAFFIC MANAGER. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end releases of frontend and backend based products. You will work closely with product owners and business system analysts to prioritize epics and elaborate user stories. You will be involved in all activities from a software development lifecycle perspective including plan, traffic, initiation, build, test, release and operate.
• Deliver successful application releases within a fast-paced environment • Work with product owners and business system analysts in order to prioritize epics and elaborate user stories for release • Collaborate and solve problems together with peer scrum masters and development team members • Manage interdependencies between agile teams • Work with the product owner to support short and long-term release planning • Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery • Liaising between account handling, project management and digital • Holding weekly status meetings and managing the daily schedule • Creating a monthly forecast to ensure best practices of planning • Resourcing freelance requirements as and when required and sorting paperwork accordingly • Overseeing jobs and making sure they are on track, on time and budget wise • Ensuring time-sheets are completed on time
• Familiarity with agile software development concepts and processes • Experience with release planning, change management, status reporting, dependency management, technical impediment resolution, • issue / risk management, financial management, etc. • Proven leadership and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate with team members across geographies • 3 yrs related experience in Advertising Agency or Software House • Amazing people management skills • Exceptional fire-fighting skills • Clear communicator • Resourcing experience • MULTI-TASK
