St. Patrick's Day 2017 Entry Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 21st annual Old Sacramento St. Patrick's Day Parade!

Please be sure to complete the following form in its entirety to speed up your application process. You'll need contact information, parade entry information, and your 501(c)3 number if applicable. Once the form is complete, you'll be prompted to call with your credit card number or mail a check to pay the application fee.

All applications must be received no later then Friday, February 24th, 2017.

Event Details-
Date: Saturday, March 18th, 2017
Parade Start Time: Parade steps off at 1pm
Parade Entry Arrival Time: 10:00am

Application Fee Details-
All fees are used to offset the costs of producing the event.

- Non-profit 501(c)3 groups under 15 people: Free
- Non-profit 501(c)3 groups over 15 people: $15
- All other groups: $30
