2025 Spring NWF Dream Registration
Please fill out this registration form for the 2025 NWF Dream season. As a reminder, a $20 non-refundable fee is needed for your child to participate in try-outs as a way of covering gym expenses. This fee will be due upon arrival at South Walton High School in the form of cash, card or Venmo. You will need to provide a copy of a current sports physical, a copy of your child's birth certificate, and a report card before the first tournament if your child is placed on a team. Parents will be contacted once their child makes a team.
