Refund Application
1. All questions must be answered so that we can process refund applications as soon as possible.

2. To avoid duplications, please fill in this form only once using only one email address.

3. Make sure that your bank details are up to date on StarRez, as this will be needed to process the refund.

4. Refunds will be provided once we have confirmed that you have vacated your room.

5. If you are going to collect your belongings, this has to happen no later than 5.00 pm on April 3rd otherwise all belongings will be disposed of.
