Berkeley Fire Department - Indoor Entertainment Event Application
The indoor entertainment event application must be filed with the Berkeley Fire Department no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) before the event. Payment must be received no later than 8 business days before the event. Holidays and reduced service days are not included in business days. Please refer to the calendar below for the City of Berkeley Holiday and Reduced Service Days Schedule. Please remember when paying for the event, the front desk is closed on holidays and reduced service days. Reference: City of Berkeley Municipal Code Chapter 13.46 - Indoor Entertainment Events.
