Back to School Youth Rally 2026: Built Different!

The Anderson United Methodist Church Kingdom Generations Ministries proudly presents the Youth Rally 2026, July 24–26, 2026, themed "Built Different: Chosen. Called. Set Apart." based on 1 Peter 2:9. This exciting three-day experience is designed to encourage, equip, and empower youth and young adults ages 9–22 to boldly live out their faith, embrace their God-given identity, and prepare for success in school, relationships, leadership, and life.

Participants will engage in age-appropriate sessions designed specifically for youth ages 9–12, 13–15, 16–18, and special Saturday sessions for parents and college students/young adults ages 18–22. Through worship, fellowship, interactive workshops, small-group discussions, and hands-on activities, attendees will discover what it means to be chosen by God, called for a purpose, and set apart to make a difference in the world.

Friday evening will begin at 5:30 p.m. with registration, dinner, worship, and the Rally Kickoff Celebration. Participants will hear inspiring messages and participate in engaging sessions focused on identity, purpose, and living for Christ in today's world.

Saturday will begin at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast, followed by a full day of workshops and activities addressing topics such as faith in action, leadership development, social media responsibility, character building, healthy relationships, mental wellness, conflict resolution, academic success, career exploration, and community engagement. Participants will also enjoy games, team-building activities, special guest presenters, and opportunities to connect with other youth from across the community.

Sunday at 10:15 a.m. will conclude with Youth Rally Celebration Sunday with School Spirit Sunday at Anderson United Methodist Church. All participants are encouraged to wear their school shirts and bring pom-poms as we celebrate what God has done throughout the weekend. The service will include youth leadership in worship, a special commissioning and blessing of the backpacks, recognition of participants, and a closing fellowship after service.
