Guelph Organic Conference 2024: Volunteer Application Form
The Guelph Organic Conference, hosted by the Organic Council of Ontario, is returning to the University of Guelph (University Centre) for 2024, and we need volunteers! Pre-conference workshops will run in person at the University of Guelph on Wednesday, January 24th, and Thursday, January 25th. Following these immersive workshops, our beloved conference and tradeshow will commence on Friday January 26th and Saturday January 27th. These two action-packed days offer tons of incredible learning and networking opportunities for both attendees and volunteers alike.

Volunteer Roles include: introducing speakers, trade show and parking set up, coat check, organic reception monitor, registration, coffee sales, greeting and info, tear down, A/V support and more

Volunteers will have a shift of approximately 4 hours on the day(s) they volunteer on, and free entry into the workshops the same day for shifts they are not working.

Thank you for volunteering! We hope you have fun!
