Lincoln Preschool Application - Hanscom Campus
This application is for residents of Hanscom Air Force Base who are living on base and who are eligible for preschool services by either of the following criteria as defined by the Department of Defense Educational Activity (DoDEA):
  • Child of an active duty military member who is at least four years of age as of September 30 of the enrolling school year 
  • Child of any resident on base that requires special education services as defined by an Individualized Education Program and are between the ages of 3-5 years old
If space allows, tuition-paying slots for children ineligible under the criteria above may be made available on a wait-list basis.

Lincoln Preschool ~ Hanscom Campus 
Program Information:
  • The program hours and days are established annually. We currently offer a four-hour program from 8:00 am-12:00 pm, Monday- Friday.
  • Staff of the Lincoln Preschool will pick up and drop off students at the Child Development Center (CDC) for the afternoon session only. We will not pick up 
Application Process:
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 10 days when you application has been processed. You will receive further directions at a later time to complete registration. 
  • Children who are not offered a slot because they are not age eligible or do not require special education services will be placed on the waiting list for a tuition-based slot. Families of the waiting list who are called or emailed regarding an opening for their child will have five (5) school days from the date of the call to indicate their acceptance of the opening. If the school is not contacted, the next child on the waiting list will be contacted and your child’s name will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.Contact information provided on the application must be accurate and up to date. If the program’s personnel cannot reach families with the phone number and email provided, they will move on to the next child on the waiting list.
  • If you choose/need to withdraw your child from the program, written notice of your intent is required with at least thirty days notice.
  • Please note: The Lincoln Preschool follows the school calendar of the Lincoln Public Schools, unless otherwise notified.
