1. Name: The person's full name.
2. Background: A brief mention of the person's background, including where they are from or where they currently reside.
3. Professional Title: The person's current or most prominent professional title or occupation.
4. Achievements: A concise list of their notable accomplishments, awards, or recognition.
5. Education: Relevant educational background, such as degrees and institutions attended.
6. Relevant Affiliations: Any professional associations, organizations, or memberships that are noteworthy.
7. Interests: Personal or professional interests that provide additional context about the person.

Written statement in which the nominee expresses their intentions, goals, or plans for the Board. It can outline the purpose, objectives, and sometimes the strategies or actions that will be taken to achieve those goals.

Once you have submitted the nomination, we will require you to send a headshot and résumé within a week of submission to communications@psychologists.bc.ca.

2. File Format: When saving your headshot, use a file format like JPEG or PNG. Please avoid formats like GIF or low-resolution settings like 72 DPI as they can make your headshot appear blurry.
