Outside vendors, including food vendors - $50.00
Once we receive your application, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Upon your confirmation email, you will receive an invoice which is due August 23rd in order to attend the Fall Fair.
Set up is Saturday, September 7th, 7:00am - 9:00am.
A finalized floor plan with your booth location will be on site during setup.
Please bring your own dolly's, trolleys, or wagons to assist you in your set up.
All tables must be fully set up by 9:45am for the start of the event.
Decorating your table: We encourage all vendors to bring décor elements to decorate your table space (table covering, signs, product displays, etc.).
We request that you do not start packing up, dismantling or leaving until the end of the event (after 4:00 pm.)
Outside Vendors - please bring your own tents or canopies. (Maximum size allowed is 10' x 10')
Please note: We are not permitted to hang anything on vendor tent walls, inside and out.
