Math for Measuring, Mixing and Applying Pesticides - Questionnaire
The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension is interested in learning more about your skills and experience with the math involved when measuring, mixing, and applying pesticides; and determining the size of the areas you will treat.

We value all responses and recognize the importance of hearing from people who work with agricultural, structural, or home and garden pesticides; use organic or conventional products; manage pests in small areas or on large operations; and people who just started working with pesticides as well as those who have had many years of experience. Pesticide safety trainers and other educators are also encouraged to submit responses. This questionnaire is also available in Spanish. You may contact Jennifer Weber, (602) 827-8222 or jennyweber@arizona.edu for more details.

SPECIAL NOTE: You are not required to sign in to Google or enter your email address in the space below. You can answer the questions anonymously. There will be a space at the end of the questionnaire for your contact information if you would like to receive updates and/or become involved in developing math-related materials and training sessions.
