4. The description of your idea does not contain anything confidential or proprietary. Submitting your idea does not create a relationship of confidentiality between you and Medium.
5. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, CA, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between you and Medium, and you submit to those courts' personal jurisdiction.
