WHAT: Join Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) staff to learn the basics and get your questions answered about grants, loans and services available for your farm.
WHY: Whether you are seeking to grow your farm, purchase new land, or change your farm management practices, the MDA has resources to help, including: low interest loans, the Beginning Farmer Tax Credit, Down Payment Assistance Grant, marketing cost share programs, and more. This event is open to all and is oriented toward farmers and farm service providers who interact with emerging and specialty crop farmers looking for MDA resources.
