Vendor Application - Mistletoe Market - December 14, 2019
The Hays High School Band Booster Organization would like to announce our upcoming Mistletoe Market Fundraiser on Saturday, December 14, 2019. The event will be held in the beautiful new Jack C Hays High School Music Building at 4800 Jack C Hays Trl in Buda, Texas from 9:00am until 3:00pm. We are putting together an amazing event that will include Vendor Booths of all kinds, Hot Cocoa, Tamale Sales, Silent Auction, Door Prizes, a Canned Food Drive, Concessions and a Visit from Santa. All proceeds from the booth fees, silent auction and concessions will benefit the Hays High School Band.

We invite you to participate as a vendor and/or sponsor and very much look forward to making this another successful event. Businesses may reserve a 10’ x 10’ booth space for a $20.00 fee plus a Silent Auction items valued at a minimum of $25. We will have an assortment of vendors with items to sell as well as vendors that would just like to pass out information and offer a game or something fun for the kids. Applications must be submitted NO LATER than November 25th and payment must be made within 48 hours of confirmation (which will include payment instructions). Our events tend to fill up quickly, so it would be best to send in your completed application as soon as possible to ensure you get a booth.
