IB Exam Registration Information 
This is the online registration form for the May 2026 Newbury Park International Baccalaureate Programme exams.  Please fill this out ONLY if you are planning on taking IB tests during Spring 2026. 

If you are in the first year of a two year IB course, wait to register and pay in the school year you will test in.

To complete your IB registration, follow the two steps listed below:

1. REGISTER FOR TESTS: Students should complete and submit this online form after talking to their teachers about which exam(s) to sign up for.

2. MAKE A PAYMENT: Parents log in through Q Parent Connection to pay IB exam fees. The cost of taking IB exams is $140 per exam if you pay between Oct 1 and Nov 1 (or $135 per exam -early bird rate- if you pay by the end of September). Financial assistance will be provided to those families that have been approved for the free and reduced lunch program for the 2025-26 school year via the link in Q at https://conejo.vcoe.org/ .

The deadline for IB registration and payment is NOVEMBER 1, 2025.  Any late registrations for IB testing are only possible with approval by the IB Coordinator (and no later than Dec 19). IB exams that are dropped between Nov 1 and Jan 1 will receive a partial refund ($50 non-refundable cancellation fee). After Jan 1, IB tests are completely non-refundable. 

All IB exams include scored components from within the course, and therefore students must complete all formal IB assessments (internal and external assessments that are submitted to IB) on time according to the internal deadline calendar for each course to receive an IB score.  This includes submitting drafts on time to receive teacher feedback, as well as final paper/project/product submissions.  

After this form has been submitted, any changes to your IB registration must be approved via email by Ms. Dogancay on or before NOVEMBER 1.  A copy of your responses will be sent to the email address that you list as your "Student Email" below, upon completion of the form.
