Enclosed please find the following:

Please fill out the Greek School registration forms, completely and please print clearly. Please
remember to give us your email address, since we’ll be emailing you updates and reminder notices to
your email address.

A child must be at least 5 years of age by December 31 in order to register for the Kindergarten
program. Children must be potty trained. Birth Certificate may be requested.

Registration already started until June 30. Please either register online, drop-off the
completed forms in person or send them by mail. Please do not forget that along with the registration
form and the medical information, you need to bring the Code of Conduct form, signed by both parent
and child.

Please make registration payment by check made out to Saint Nectarios Greek Church or pay online via  tithely by clicking on this link. and select greek school tuition.

A Non-fixed tuition installment plan has been implemented to better help our Greek school families pay off tuition for 2023-2024.

First Payment: Due at Registration and no later than June 30, 2023.
Second Payment: Due by October 31, 2023.
Third Payment: Due by December 31, 2023.

Please add the annual $100 PTA fund fee for each family. 

The cost of the books is $40 for Grades K-6.

Please make PTA Dues and Book payments by check made out to Saint Nectarios Greek School PTA or Venmo @Saint-Nectarios due by June 30, 2023.

Fridays: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Student Drop-Off / Pick-Up Procedures
The following drop-off and pick-up procedures have been established in order to assure the safety of our students.  
Drop-off will begin at 4:25 pm from the door located on Belgrade avenue.
Dismissal: Mondays at 6 pm
Fridays at 6:30 pm
Students will slowly be dismissed from the door located on Robert street.
Parents are not permitted to walk into a teacher’s classroom at dismissal time to informally conference with a teacher. Important closing procedures are being conducted at that time.
Parents and siblings must not congregate at the door; this blocks students from coming out quickly and seeing their parents as they exit the building.
