Dear Counselor and School Official,

First, thank you for your help with coordinating this effort this year. We couldn’t have had such a successful event without your help and assistance.  This year, we had more than 200 people at our program and College fair this year.

Alpha Phi Alpha Greenville Foundation is offering the opportunity to schedule Foundation members to attend your awards if desired. Although we can’t attend every program, we will make every effort to have someone attend, if possible.

We have an online form ( you can use to request we attend our program, please use it by May 15th. Requests will be taken on a first-come-first server basis and we confirm by email if we can attend. Due to COVID19 Protocols, we may be limited to the number of events we can attend.
