UC requires Medicare-eligible retirees who are covered by UC's retiree health plans to enroll in Medicare when they turn 65, so if you are turning 65 in the next calendar year, it is time to start planning. This workshop will explain the basics of Medicare to help ensure that you enroll properly, avoid Medicare premium penalties and understand how Medicare works with your UC-sponsored medical plan.
