Sign-Up to be a Tutor in 2023 - 2024
Fill out this short form to let us know you want to be a tutor in the Shepherd Tutoring Program during the 2023 - 2024 school year and to provide us with information we will need to contact you.

Tutoring will be from 5 - 6 pm most Sundays, at Tifereth Israel. We expect to begin this year on Sunday, October 15th.  There will be a one-time training session for all tutors on the first day, from 4 - 5pm.

Please fill out one form for each tutor.
