Sign-Up to be a Tutor in 2017-2018

Fill out this short form to let us know you want to be a tutor in the Shepherd Tutoring Program during the 2017 - 2018 school year and to provide us with information we will need to contact you.

Tutoring will be from 5 - 6 pm most Sundays at Tifereth Israel. We expect to begin this year on Sunday October 15. There will be a one time training session for all tutors on the 15th, from 4 - 5pm.
