ARTboretum Event Registration - April 29, 2023 / Registración para el Evento de ARTboretum - Abril 29, 2023

The Friends of the National Arboretum (FONA) and DC Child Care Connections (DC CCC), the District’s child care resource and referral (CCR&R) program, will host ARTboretum as part of FONA’s annual Garden Fair and Plant Sale. ARTboretum is a family-friendly event celebrating the intersection between art and nature. The child-centered, family-focused event for children ages 2 to 12 will include a planting demonstration, Washington Ballet dance demonstration, book giveaway and nature-based crafts. Los Amigos de la Arboleda Nacional (FONA, por sus siglas en Inglés) y el DC Child Care Connections (DC CCC), el programa de recursos y referencia de cuidado infantil (CCR&R) del Distrito, organizarán ARTboretum como parte de la Feria de Jardines y Venta de Plantas anual de FONA. ARTboretum es un evento familiar que celebra la intersección entre el arte y la naturaleza. El evento, centrado en los niños y la familia, dirigido para niños de 2 a 12 años incluirá una demostración de cómo sembrar, una demostración de baile del Washington Ballet, obsequio de libros y artesanías basadas en la naturaleza. DC CCC will be hosting families on a rotating schedule throughout the day. Geared for children ages 2-12, the activities will provide children an opportunity to engage with nature-based materials to create works of art. The same activities will be hosted during each session. Please select which block of time you are interested in attending.
