Kiwanis Club of Meriden - 2019 Education Award Application
About the Award: In the spirit of Kiwanis and its mission of Serving the children of the world, Kiwanis Club of Meriden Education Awards annually recognize high school seniors who have demonstrated a commitment to community service and involvement. Academic performance and financial need are also taken into consideration. Recipients will be invited to a recognition dinner to accept their certificate and financial award.

Eligibility: Graduating seniors who attend schools in Meriden are eligible to apply.

To Apply: Applications must be submitted/postmarked by Monday, April 1, 2019.

Maloney and Platt students: Please note that the Selection Committee will use your Scholarship Folder for supplemental information, including your personal statement and financial information.
For this reason, you do not need to complete the “Financial Information” questions.

Wilcox students: Please be sure to complete the “Financial Information” questions and attach a copy of your school transcript as well as one letter of recommendation.

As a member club of the premier civic organization Kiwanis International, the club is committed to fulfilling Kiwanis’ mission of Serving the children of the world.
