Stall Details
NOTE: All vendors must attend both days of the 2 day event, unfortunately due to logistics, timing and other factors vendors cannot attend for 1 day only.
Your stall space is a bare empty shell that you are free to decorate and populate how you choose. If you have any large structures or objects that you wish to use, you need to let us know so we can clear it with the Royal Exhibition Building.
Stalls are generally separated at the back of the stall only, so there is no barrier between you and your side by side neighbour so please keep this in mind when bringing along or hiring barricades, displays, tables etc.
If you are selling anything for consumption, you must obtain your Streatrader in order to trade on the day - please see https://streatrader.health.vic.gov.au/public_site.

For more information please refer to the 2020 stall holder guidelines located here - https://tinyurl.com/s8tfap3

If you have alternate space requirements please list what type of setup you wish to use. Please ensure you supply accurate outside dimensions of your structure (including tow ball and any other parts of your structure or vehicle) or desired space and once confirmed, please ensure the allocated size of the space is communicated to all members of your team.

Would you like to be considered for a corner or premium corner stall? We get lots of requests for corner stalls and obviously we can't allocate everyone a corner stall. We carefully curate the floor plan of the market and try to disperse vendors evenly so that there is not the same vendor type next to one another and also keep a bit of a theme throughout the market. By allocating you to a corner stall, we will now be planning around you and making sure that you not only have a corner but the vendors around you suit a loose theme but are not directly competing with you, so a bit goes into the planning here and hence that added fee. Premium corner stalls will be in a highly prominent position as well as the standard benefits of extra frontage a corner stall brings.
Do you require electricity? ***Please note, if you answer no you will not have access to power and due to floor plan allocation you might not be able to add it later. *
Do you require trestle table hire? *
Is your electrical equipment tested and tagged?
Do you have public liability insurance? *
