Monthly Smitten Bag
How it Works:
  • Fill out a short questionnaire to tell us about your style and sizes. 
  • Choose whether you would like to pick up your Smitten Bag at our Norfolk store location or if you would like your Smitten Bag shipped to your home!
Pickup & Shipping:  
  • Smitten Bags are ready by 4:00 on the first Monday of each month.
  • Try on items at home and return your bag by the following Monday.
  • Bags are due back the following Monday to avoid your credit card being charged.
Size Exchanges:
  • Size exchanges available in store, if available. You only pay for one-way shipping.
  • Email smittenandsteel@gmail.com to request a size exchange.
Return Policy:
  • Keep 3 or more items and receive 20% off your final purchase (accessories & gifts excluded).
  • Items must have tags and be smoke and pet hair free upon return.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
