Load in: Friday, March 2 between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Maker/Exhibitor -
10x10 booth - all areas except “showcase” spaces - $150 (nonprofits receive 20% off)
-- each additional 10x10 is the same cost
--10 x 10 - 1 table, 2 chairs, 4 exhibitor badges
--Name for badges ahead of time - will call - name associated

Food vendors - $50 deposit due with application submission (this fee will be applied to the Fairground's daily Food Vendor fee of $25/day), Fee is just 10% of gross revenue for the weekend

Exhibitor Add-ons
+ Power (per outlet): $25
+ Badges: (all weekend) $5 each, only available to those who are volunteering at the booth.
--Family, friends, etc. should purchase tickets through website - use Maker Discount code, 20% off (code: MAKER2018)
--recommend you get a badge for each booth person, everyone in the space has to have a badge or wristband
+ Include their item in the tote bags: $250 (supply 2,000 copies on cardstock brochure/card (larger than 4x5), or item)
+ Fly cage - only available for spaces along the wall: $150 additional charge unless negotiated as part of sponsorship

Internet - no guarantee, please bring a wifi hotspot or other device if you require internet access at your booth

STEAM Fest has sold out its exhibitor space the last three years. In response to the high demand, we will be actively curating exhibitors. What does that mean for you? Make sure your exhibit features a hands-on, immersive and interactive experience for people of all ages (yep, lots of grown-ups come to this event without their kids, too!). We will be accepting exhibitors on a "rolling' basis, with final acceptances in February, 2019. Please allow 7-14 days for confirmation of application received and approval.

Notices (keep going, you're almost done)
There are a few important things you should know about STEAM Fest. Please acknowledge that you understand these important notes:

1. INTERNET - There is no reliable WiFi at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. If you need internet access, you must bring a Wifi Hotspot or other resources to access internet.

2. WEATHER - Rocky Mountain STEAM Fest, like all events in Colorado, is subject to the Whims of the weather gods. Every reasonable effort will be made to hold STEAM Fest on the days scheduled. No refunds will be issued if weather is an issue. Since the event is mostly indoors, it will be held except in extreme weather conditions.

3. PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA - Our event is awesome. You're gonna want pictures. Lots of people take pictures at the event, and many of them get posted on social media. You acknowledge that RMSF staff may take your picture and use it for marketing and promotional activities without any compensation to you.

4. HOURS OF OPERATION - The event is from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Load In will be Friday afternoon. You are required to arrive up to 60 minutes before the doors open and to keep your exhibit up and running until the doors close at 5pm both days. If you "pack up" early, you may not be invited back.

5. DANGEROUS - RMSF is a collection of awesome, spinning, twisting, flying things - you might get hurt. You're responsible for everyone's safety at your own exhibit, and we are not responsible for your safety or your staff's safety while you are at the STEAM Fest.
