Donation Amounts: Volunteer groups will receive a flat fee donation from Madison Festivals, Inc. as a thank you for successfully and completely fulfilling their duties at the Taste of Madison event. Additionally, tips received throughout the weekend at your beverage stand are donated to your group - 75% go directly back to the group that earned them and the other 25% are split evenly amongst all stands on the day they were earned. Tips range between $400-$2000 additional dollars for your group.
Each stand also has a base donation which vary based on the number of volunteers needed to support the projected needs of that stand and are as follows:
Saturday: Beer $775, Wine $200, Soda $400
Sunday: Beer $875, Wine $225, Soda $450
Please also note that, at all times, there should be no fewer than 16 volunteers in a beer stand, 4 in a wine stand, and 4 in a soda stand.
