Pledge Form Deadline: August 15

Pledge Payment Due: September 10

You will receive a receipt of your responses. To receive the full marketing benefits of sponsorship, please submit your pledge by August 15. Once the planning committee has received your pledge form, you will receive an invoice and it will be due by the above date. Sponsorship levels and benefits are as follows:

DNRS Scholarship Sponsor – $1500

Support access to Desert Nights, Rising Stars by underwriting conference scholarships for students, educators, and community writers. Scholarship Sponsors help remove financial barriers and ensure that a wide range of voices can participate fully in the conference.

Your support provides 5 full conference scholarships for students, educators, and community writers.

Other benefits include:

Sponsors can add a table or additional table at the bookfair for $50.

This pledge constitutes an agreement with the Piper Center in good faith. Sponsor is expected to pay the funds as specified in this pledge.
