Thanks for your interest in being a part of  Cool Spring Downtown District's 4th Friday and The District Vibe.
 
4th Friday is held on every 4th Friday of the month from March through October from 6:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. in Downtown Fayetteville. Setup for 4th Friday will from 5:00 p.m. with breakdown beginning no earlier than 9:00 p.m with all participants leaving at 9:30 p.m.

The Cool Spring Downtown District, Inc. is a charitable, nonprofit corporation formed in 2017 to create and sustain an arts and entertainment district as a vibrant center of artistic, cultural, civic, and commercial activity in downtown Fayetteville.  

This application is for artists, performers, nonprofits and food vendors that would like to participate in our monthly 4th Friday Fayetteville events.

An important update for 4th Friday this year: In the past we have tried our best to provide electrical resources to participants. This year, we can no longer offer to provide electrical resources if you are using amplified sound due to the lack of readily available electrical resources throughout downtown.

Local Artists: (Vendor Fee: $25)
-All work must be handmade, original in design, and created by the vendor in the booth.
-Originals including work in graphics, photography, acrylics, oils, watercolors, clay, glass, fiber, wearable art, traditional folk art, leather, jewelry, wood, metal work, literature, and mixed media are eligible.  
-Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their art or craft as part of their booth.  
-Corporate, catalog, independent, or home-based consultant sales are not eligible.
-Artists are allowed to collect tips during the event
-Art or HandCraft vendors may not sell any food or beverage products.
-By 10pm, the vendor must have cleared the space and removed all trash.
-Artist must provide their own table and table cloth.
-ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED

Vendor (Vendor Fee $50)  
-All Products must be handcrafted and made by you

Musician/Performer (No Vendor Fee)
-Musicians, Performers, and Artists will be under the Cool Spring Downtown District's Busker Program
-Under the Busker Program, you will be able to collect tips during your performance.
-If you plan on using amplified sound, please be mindful of your output. If your sound is too loud, we will ask you to turn it down.
-ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED

Nonprofit Organization (No Vendor Fee)
-Nonprofit must provide proof of 501(c)(3) and email paperwork to lauren@coolspringfay.org
-Nonprofit must provide their own table and table cloth.
-Nonprofit can not sell any goods or tickets of any kind
-Nonprofit can pass out information about the organization to visitors
-Nonprofits should have an interactive booth that provides some form of entertainment or activity.
-ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED

Local Food Carts or Trucks: (Food Cart: $75, Food Truck: $100)
-To highlight the creative culinary arts in our community, there are limited opportunities for Local Food Trucks or Carts to participate in this program.
-To be eligible, Local Food Cart or Truck vendors must have all current applicable licenses and insurance as a commercial food vendor and comply with all regulations by the Cumberland County Health Department.
-Only the items described in this application will be allowed in the booth.
-All vendors must have an NC Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax ID Number.
-By 10pm, the vendor must have cleared the space and removed all trash.
-ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
