Thank you for participating in this year's Nengajoo Contest, for the Year of the Dragon!!
Please carefully read the directions and fill out the information below.

Elementary/Middle/High
1. Please submit 1 form per school level (Elementary, Middle, High, etc.), unless you teach multiple grade levels (ex. middle and high school.) or at two different schools, in which case, you would submit two separate forms.
2. A teacher may only submit two cards per category. If a teacher teaches multiple grade levels (Elementary, Middle, High, etc.) or at two separate schools, they may submit additional cards (up to eight, per grade-level, separate school.)

COLLEGE:
1. Students must individually fill-out/submit their cards and online form.
2. College-students individually may only submit one card. A total of 8 student submissions per member instructor, unless they teach at multiple institutions.

Additional Rules:
1. Please make sure every Nengajoo is a separate file/scan.
2. Please follow the naming protocol.
Each nengajoo must be named using this format:
Student Last Name, Student First Name (School Name) - [Division] [Category Name]
Ex. NavarroEdgar(Harden)-(HSArtistic)

3. For Computer Generated, the writing must be hand/mouse/tablet drawn. It cannot just be typed.
