*** PARKING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH PURCHASE AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOOTH OWNER TO PAY DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL EITHER APPLIED TO YOUR ROOM OR BY CASH/CREDIT CARD AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK ***

Overnight parking spaces in the hotel parking lot for trailers is limited so we MUST know if you have a trailer or over-sized vehicle which requires special parking *** WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TO HAVE AVAILABLE SPACES AFTER WEDNESDAY 08/07/19 SET-UP .

Each parking space is $10.00 per day which is paid to the hotel directly. If for example you have a car and small trailer and you require two (2) parking spaces, then you will be charged $20.00 per day to park in the Hilton parking lot.

PLEASE BE AWARE: If you have a trailer, there is no other overnight parking in the area which will allow a trailer to be left overnight. Your vehicle/trailer will be towed so please DO NOT risk parking overnight outside of the Hilton parking lot during the trade show.

Wireless Internet Access: $200.00 (for the weekend)

With this option you will receive the following:

- Exhibitor Internet Access will run from Friday through Sunday
- The WiFi in the showroom will NOT be available to all vendors as some may think, it is a closed system.
- Only the vendors who have purchased access will be able to connect to the internet with specific user names and passwords.
- The WiFi system in place at the hotel is not like the systems many people are familiar with, it is not an open system that anyone can tap into for access.
