Application acceptance ends June 16th, 2017 at 12AM CST. E-mails will be sent out if you've been accepted within the week afterwards.
Applications will be accepted based on a wide variety of artists. If you have not accepted, you will be placed on a waiting list and to be notified if a space opens up. If accepted, you’ll be sent a contract, which you must return with payment by July 1st to reserve your space.
NOTE: This is a ONE DAY EVENT - There will not be any accommodations for travel/hotel other than what's available around the venue.
Registration Includes:- Table Space For Your Studio- One 2.5ft x 6ft Table With Two Chairs- (Or You May Bring Your Own Table, Two Chairs will be provided.)- 2 SoyCon Artist Alley Badges
Table Price: $20 ($15 if you bring your own table)
